The day care center is intended to serve children with cancer who are not hospitalized, yet are unable to attend school. The center offers a wide variety of educational and recreational activities, as well as physiotherapy. The building is built as a mound of simple cubical shapes, defining an open courtyard with a dramatic view of the city.
